Himarë
Most Himarë beaches have free parking. Spile, the town beach, has no car park of its own.
How street parking works
- Spile has only street parking, which fills by about 10:00. Walk there, or park at Livadhi or Potami.
Where to park
- Livadhi beachLarge free car park by the beach. Fills by about 11:00 at weekends.
- Potami beachFree roadside parking on the way in. Rarely fills.
- Jale beachFree car park near the beach. Fills by about 11:00 at weekends.
- Porto PalermoFree roadside parking by the beach. Castle entry is 300 lek.
- Gjipe canyon car parkPaid, cash only: 400 lek a day, 600 lek overnight. Fills by about 10:00.
Good to know
- Before 09:00 every beach has space. On weekdays they fill 1–2 hours later than at weekends.
